first day at outlet..rosette..
had nthing much to do..followed the list of things i was suppose to do...chef ganeson, nice guy, dun talk to me much, lol, coz we dun reali have anithing for him to ask also. culinary ppl hmm...okay also not too busy, first day about 7 reservation,wasn't too bad for them.
today..
my pastry side wasnt too bad..nthing much too..did the same thing..its a routine aniway. culinary ppl had more things to do today, coz got 12 reservation. last day for desmond and haris but they had loads to guide the culinary peps for the last time. helped them do ceaser salad when there r orders, ala min. was very productive. they din prepare rice for special order so...desmond ask me to run outside and get them a pack of rice from the coffee shop jus outside. i took les then 5 min coz it was an order, so couldn't wait. hais. so long nv run le..but leg still can ta han la..lol..
thats about all lo..outlet training is fun but at times its boring too before dinner time..lol..
