Last day, Last week, Last yr training at Rosette..
manz..i gonna miss everyone there. sirs, ppl from DCS, service stuff and so on. even though at times we carn get along but we managed it afterall. hope our time together is memoriable.
To Chef William: Thank you for everything u have done for me. every little thing u taught me. Taking care of all of us when we were having training there. would really miss you alot, ur jokes, the herbal tea u cook for us, the fried rice u cooked, the hor fan u cooked, and the recipes you gave us to try. Wishing you all the best even after you leave SHATEC.
To Chef Wong: Thank you for teaching me as well, even though we dun really have much timeworking together. will miss you too. Wishing you all the best in every way too.
To frens from DCS:
1) Hanis: Thank you for all the laughter you brought to me. when i am down you are always the first one to realise. i noe chocolate will always make you happy but not too much worx, will grow fat. lol. wishing you all the best in the yrs to come. Love, ur pikachu. =P
2) Ben: Always treated you like my big brother, someone i can always talk to. Thank you for listening to me when i needed someone who would jus listen to me with his heart. ur smile brings warmth to me when i needed one. wishing you all the best in everything you do.Love, meL.
3) Peter: A good fren to have around. may have a little temperament during work but after that his a fren u would like to have around. someone who would give you advice you can always heed.

4) Shaffie: You were like a big sister to me. sensible and always strong. i admire the strength you have in you inorder to mix around guys in ur group. you are always nice to ppl around you. hope that the strength in you would help you succeed in ur future career. 6) Hong Xiang: Sorry for not trsuting you, sorry for not listening to ur advice, sorry for being mad at you for no reason at times, sorry for hitting you when i'm angry. but you noe i still love you. lol. at this point of time i noe its hard for you to change the way u are the things u sae the things you do. but always remember, think before you speak, it get you out of trouble more then getting you in to trouble ya. all the best yea. thank you for making smile at times too. 7) Jolene: A girl who can work, but would be blur when under alot of stress. my dear gal, learn to handle ur stress. try to think straight when you noe u r under stress. n at time calling ur frens darling or dear would seem alright to you, but mayb think if they think its alrite kaeys. Working with you guys for 6 weeks was a tremendous experiences for me. i see you guys grow as a team, work as a team, the way you communicate, the things u guys sae, listen and improve in every point Chef William went through every session. hope that everything you learn from Rosette would not be forgotten even though you have moved to charcoal or even back in school for training. rmb everything Chef William taught us, it will do us good.
